The food has been horrible lately and over priced

I Odered crunchy chicken tacos that was ridiculously over price and when we got the order, the tacos is except for $6.29 each or a little more and then when we receive the food the food was greasy dripping grease nasty disgusting they should not be selling nothing that looks and just taste gross like that ever in life I am so disgusted. I ordered six tacos and paid $27 for six tacos which dont make no sense whatsoever. Morning

Se me quedo billetera con dinero el viernes 8 de diciembre en horas de la noche y empleada sin acatar su correcto procedimiento de colocar en sitio de objetos encontrados, tiro la billetera en la basura y otro empleado la busco y me la entrego pero sin el dinero que yo tenia el empleado me pidió disculpas por lo sucedido y manifestó hacer saber a manager y como no recibí respuestas me acerque nuevamente y manager manifiesta no poder hacer nada, y que haga reporte a la policía, no, había querido hacer nada, me sentí mal tratado como cliente, no concibo el hecho ocurrido de tirar mi billetera a la basura y luego otro empleado entregársela ya sin los 1.200 dólares que tenia

File a complaint about a worker

Mrs. Yesenia Abila who works at the pollo loco in the city of Cudahy. She denied me service today. because about a month ago she crashed my car and she told me that she was going to pay me in cash for the crash but when I told her how much they were charging me I no longer know how to charge and I called my Insurance and they contacted the Assurance of it. That was all and now I went shopping and she told me I'm not going to serve you and she started insulting me and she told me that she was the supervisorand she told me that she was not going to attend to me

What does have attitude problem I ask for a cup for water they say they dont have it and Ive been going there for a for a month . Ive been there about eight times and they never have cup.

I say why dont you have cup she says because so we can sell our drinking cups. My mom doesnt drink soda she only drinks water she was very upset and we paid pretty good amount of money, and we got food dye a dog would not eat that food so I would really appreciate if I can get my money back and I will make sure that the next time we will go to a different Pollo Loco not this one anymore.

I have another receipt attached to it. There should be no cheese, but there was cheese in there.

I don’t have no comment I simply want my money back and I guarantee you I will never put Foot into that Pollo Loco ever again because I live for 30 years and I eat outside almost every day and I have never seen workers like that in my life before that have attitude problem all of them just because I asked for a cup of water that’s it

Very bad service

Was giving bad service from the beginning that we walked in gave us our avocado twice in a row black the second time was the manager the first time with the lady at the register I brought it to the attention but they didn't seem to care if you look at your cameras you know what I'm talking about please fix this problem

I ordered a Chipotle chicken avocado burrito. I ask for no beans and no cabbage and extra rice.

It was horrible there was no avocado on it the 3 pieces of chicken that I did have on it had pieces of bone from the leg. I cannot believe just ordering one item they could not get that right. And I can't believe that they don't know how to clean their chicken for their burritos. Someone can get hurt.

I will not be returning to this location. I will not be telling my friends to cater from there if they can't even make one burrito correct.

I guess the employees are not making enough money to care whatever it is it's wrong on every level. But I hope the same employee goes and orders a burrito from somewhere else and gets treated with the same respect.

Bad service on a online pickup order

6510 n. Losee rd Las Vegas,NV Store #6200 Arrived at 7:10pm for my order which had a pickup time of 7:15pm. I went through the drive thru and was asked to park! At 7:35pm I went inside to find out that the food was still not ready. After asking for a refund Rodrigo(manager), told me to do it online. Wow!

Store will not give me my rewards

I stood in line for twenty minutes and the store wouldn't give me my rewards discount. I scan my phone and let them see my code from an email. Furthermore, I still couldn't get my 2 dollar off discount. After showing them my email and code everyone started saying they didn't understand English and people in line thought this was funny it wasn't funny, this was embarrassing.
