Se me quedo billetera con dinero el viernes 8 de diciembre en horas de la noche y empleada sin acatar su correcto procedimiento de colocar en sitio de objetos encontrados, tiro la billetera en la basura y otro empleado la busco y me la entrego pero sin el dinero que yo tenia el empleado me pidió disculpas por lo sucedido y manifestó hacer saber a manager y como no recibí respuestas me acerque nuevamente y manager manifiesta no poder hacer nada, y que haga reporte a la policía, no, había querido hacer nada, me sentí mal tratado como cliente, no concibo el hecho ocurrido de tirar mi billetera a la basura y luego otro empleado entregársela ya sin los 1.200 dólares que tenia

What does have attitude problem I ask for a cup for water they say they dont have it and Ive been going there for a for a month . Ive been there about eight times and they never have cup.
I say why dont you have cup she says because so we can sell our drinking cups. My mom doesnt drink soda she only drinks water she was very upset and we paid pretty good amount of money, and we got food dye a dog would not eat that food so I would really appreciate if I can get my money back and I will make sure that the next time we will go to a different Pollo Loco not this one anymore.
I have another receipt attached to it. There should be no cheese, but there was cheese in there.

I ordered a Chipotle chicken avocado burrito. I ask for no beans and no cabbage and extra rice.
It was horrible there was no avocado on it the 3 pieces of chicken that I did have on it had pieces of bone from the leg. I cannot believe just ordering one item they could not get that right. And I can't believe that they don't know how to clean their chicken for their burritos. Someone can get hurt.
I will not be returning to this location. I will not be telling my friends to cater from there if they can't even make one burrito correct.
I guess the employees are not making enough money to care whatever it is it's wrong on every level. But I hope the same employee goes and orders a burrito from somewhere else and gets treated with the same respect.

I don’t have no comment I simply want my money back and I guarantee you I will never put Foot into that Pollo Loco ever again because I live for 30 years and I eat outside almost every day and I have never seen workers like that in my life before that have attitude problem all of them just because I asked for a cup of water that’s it
