The worker Sandra took order in the drive thru and I informed her I had a coupon she stated ok. When I got to the window me as a customer did not know it's a different person so she did not include my coupon because Zhe did not k.ow about it and when I gave her the coupon I was informed it was too late ahe already charged card and did not k.ow I had a coupon. Sandra came out of nowhere and she was totally rude and gave me options to leave the food or take it and leave when I was trying to find out why coupon was not used. Sandra informed me. She was on the speaker AND lied and told me I asked you to tell the person at thw window. She was not telling the truth, she closed the drive through window on me as I sat in drive through with cars behind me. I never drove off, I paid for my food and I was not leaving after I paid over $45.00. The workers was laughing she asked me do I want my food or leave without it. She talked to me like a dog I did not have all my food in my bag. I want my money back

The truth is that you can contact a customer service person. But I haven't seen that my problem has been resolved because the person who denied me the service continues working as if nothing happened. Which doesn't seem fair to me because she crashed my car a month before and why I called my Insurance she got angry and that's personal, it doesn't have to involve work. He didn't want to attend to me and yelled at me in front of all the workers.
