El Pollo Loco - Was very disappointing.

When to the pharr location. Went in at 11:30am on Saturday11. Got chicken that was reheated. Saw the employee get the chicken from the back to reheat and seve it. The reason we when in, we figure we were getting fresh chicken. This is the second time we have received reheated chicken n this location. For sure we will not be going in anymore.

El Pollo Loco - The App Experience Was Bad

Yesterday, I tried to use the new app at your Carmel Mountain, CA location. There was a glitch and none of the employees knew enough about it to help. They tried, but didn't seem to have had enough training on how it works. I finally gave up on getting the free bogo meal and will probably delete the app. I go to El Pollo Loco a lot so it is a shame that I can't use the app.
